You must be at least 14 years old to use TutorCall. Users under 18 should have parental consent before using the service.

3. User Content

When you interact with AI tutors, you grant us a license to use that content to improve our services. You retain ownership of your original content.

4. AI Tutor Limitations

TutorCall's AI tutors are powered by artificial intelligence and are intended for language practice only. They should not be relied upon for professional advice.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not use TutorCall to generate, share, or promote harmful, illegal, or offensive content. Violations may result in account termination.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice.

7. Coins and Purchases

TutorCall uses in-app coins to access certain learning activities such as missions, daily challenges, practice sessions, and voice calls; chatting with your tutor is free. Coins may be granted within the app or purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Purchases are charged to your store account and are final once delivered, except where a refund is required by the applicable store's policy or by law. Refund requests are handled by the respective app store.
