앱 내 계정 삭제 (In-App Deletion)

TutorCall 앱에서 직접 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

1. 앱을 열고 설정 메뉴로 이동합니다.
2. 계정 항목을 선택합니다.
3. 계정 삭제를 탭합니다.
4. 안내를 확인하고 삭제를 진행합니다.

You can delete your account directly in the TutorCall app:

1. Open the app and go to Settings.
2. Select Account.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm and proceed with deletion.

이메일로 삭제 요청 (Request via Email)

앱에 접근할 수 없는 경우, 이메일로 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email:

support@tutorcall.ai

이메일에 다음 정보를 포함해 주세요 / Please include:

• 제목: "계정 삭제 요청" 또는 "Account Deletion Request"
• 가입 시 사용한 이메일 또는 기기 정보 / Email or device info used for registration

데이터 처리 안내 (Data Handling)

계정 삭제 시 다음과 같이 처리됩니다:

• 삭제 요청 후 30일간 데이터가 보관됩니다. 이 기간 내에 계정을 복구할 수 있습니다.
• 30일 경과 후 모든 데이터가 영구 삭제됩니다.
• 삭제되는 데이터: 프로필 정보, 튜터링 기록, 학습 진도, 코인 잔액

When you delete your account:

• Your data will be retained for 30 days after the request. You can recover your account during this period.
• After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted.
• Data deleted: profile information, tutoring history, learning progress, coin balance
